High Constantia Sebastiaan 2006

High Constantia is a personal favourite winery. It’s not cheap, but it’s down to earth and fun and the wine is heavyweight, big boy, no modern labels, serious stuff. This Bordeaux style blend (all 5 grapes in attendance) is no exception. Smoother than a silkworm smothered in butter. The perfect compliment to the roast rolled rib of beef I drank it with. Buy on sight.
