Chamonix Rouge 2012

My friend’s Dad has done well for himself. He’s fairly wealthy and pays for everything with his platinum card. He keeps a sizable wedge of high denomination bank notes in his wallet for cash-only occasions. His wallet doesn’t have a pocket for small change. If you’re fortunate enough to sit on his sofa just after he has, after a night out at a cash-only establishment, you’ll pocket a small fortune in loose change. This is the wine equivalent. Chamonix make wealthy high end white wines. This red represents the small change falling out of their vineyards, down the back of their sofas. Small change if you’re into high end wines. Free money if you appreciate a bargain.
