Beautiful deep flavours and as complex as Einstein. Basically, this means that, like Einstein, its way too clever for me to explain properly and I don’t think whittering on about dark berries (again) is much help to anyone. Its great and it goes perfectly with roast lamb.
Fleur du Cap Unfiltered Merlot 2010
A Jack Johnson wine, inoffensive, unobtrusive and smooth. Went nicely with a simple pasta, but not particularly memorable.
Fleur du Cap Unfiltered Chardonnay 2012
Vanilla, honey and a light oakiness. Went perfectly with a mild butter chicken curry.
Fleur du Cap 2009 Pinotage
Vanilla and berries and silky smooth.
