Four of the five Bordeaux grapes (Cab Franc left on the sidelines) combining to make an exceptionally good wine that goes perfectly with a steak and kidney pudding. I don’t know who Aidan is, but his wine’s special.
Like an eastern european gymnast, this wine is supple and red. Unlike the gymnast, the 66% Petit Verdot makes for a slightly heavy wine. Probably would have enjoyed this more with richer food.
